Recipes
I like cooking, but I don't much like using recipes. I do like remembering how I did stuff though, in case I want to do it again, so I've decided to start recording my favourite stuff here. Some will be made up, and some based on combinations of recipes from elsewhere. Either way, I am unlikely to write them in standard "put in oven" recipe style. There's nothing wrong with words like 'it' and 'the' that I'm aware of. I also don't like a list of ingredients, followed by instructions, so I am going to just write it all down in the order that you do it.
I will also mix and match measurements systems as I feel like it. Quarterpounder one minute, Royale with Cheese the next. Who cares? Just convert it if you don't like it - we're cooking, not building precision components for a spaceship.
